Orus Quant is operated by an individual systematic trader, not a company. It is not a licensed or regulated financial entity, not a broker, and not a financial adviser.

Orus Quant provides automated trading signals, which investors may choose to have executed automatically through RoboForex CopyFX. It is a signal provider. It is not a portfolio manager, an investment adviser, or an asset manager, and it does not carry out any of those activities.

Every system published here runs on the operator’s own live account, funded with the operator’s own capital and traded in real market conditions. There are no demo accounts, no backtests, and no simulated results presented as live performance. Each account is tracked publicly through Myfxbook so its full history can be reviewed independently.

Investors who choose to copy a system do so through their own RoboForex account, which they open, fund, control, and withdraw from directly. Orus Quant never holds, receives, or has access to investor funds.

Compensation is limited to a 20% performance fee on new profit, calculated and processed by RoboForex under its own high-watermark rules. There is no management fee, no fee on deposited capital, and no payment made directly to Orus Quant.

Orus Quant does not manage investor accounts and has no discretion over any investor’s trading. It does not decide which system an investor should use, does not assess whether a system is suitable for any individual, and does not provide personalised investment advice or recommendations.

Orus Quant does not hold, receive, or have access to investor funds. It cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer money on an investor’s behalf, has no access to account credentials, and cannot change an investor’s account settings or copy parameters.

Investors choose their own system, set their own copy parameters, and can stop copying at any time from inside their own RoboForex account, without notice to or permission from Orus Quant.

Trading Forex and CFDs involves significant risk and is not suitable for everyone. Capital allocated to trading may be partially or fully lost. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

Leverage increases both potential gains and potential losses. A leveraged account can lose more quickly than an unleveraged one, and losses are not limited to any single trade.

Copy trading does not remove market risk. Automated execution removes emotion from trade decisions, but it does not prevent drawdowns, losing periods, or loss of capital. Every system published here has experienced drawdowns and will experience them again.

Past performance does not guarantee or indicate future results. Verified track records show what a system has done, not what it will do. Market conditions change, and a system that performed well historically may perform differently or stop performing entirely.

Results shown on Myfxbook reflect the operator’s own accounts. An investor’s results will differ depending on account type, capital, copy ratio, timing of subscription, spreads, commissions, swaps, and slippage.

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to trade or to allocate capital. Decisions are the investor’s own responsibility.

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no login, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of visitors.

Typefaces are served directly from this website rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not send your IP address to any external font provider.

One technical exception applies, and it is standard for any hosted website: the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare may process standard server and access log data, including IP addresses, for delivery, performance, and security purposes, under its own privacy terms.

If you send an email to Orus Quant, your email address and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties.

Any personal or financial data connected to a trading account is held by RoboForex, not by Orus Quant, and is governed by the broker’s own privacy policy and terms. Orus Quant has no access to investor account credentials, personal documents, or balances beyond what RoboForex CopyFX displays to a system provider.
